Hello everyone,

I sent in my i-751 to

USCIS California Service Center

P.O. Box 10751

Laguna Niguel, CA 92607-1075...

via certified mail. I received my i-797C, Notice of Action, early this year.

I haven't received anything else since and I am starting to get really worried.

I can't verify my case status online yet so I am assuming that my ASC appointment notice has not been sent out.

Is anyone else experiencing this delay with their I-751 app?

Thank you..

You need to make an infopass appointment right away - http://infopass.uscis.gov/

9 months with just a NOA1 (first notice) and no biometrics - nothing would seem to indicate a problem. And you've not called them?

You should make an InfoPass appointment to find out what is going on.

It is odd that you have not received a biometrics appointment.

Have you moved since you obtained your green card, and if so did you file the proper change of address notification?

First you can call USCIS and make a service request,

Second call your senator and have his office get working on it.

Same thing happened to my wife and our senator got things moving again.

You should have had your GC by now at CSC.

I would say make the Infopass appointment instead of the service request. The service request requires you to wait 30 days while the infopass appointment is right away. You can select the option you are outside of processing time or has other problems - haven't received the ASC biometrics letter - choose any of them that will allow you to make an appointment, because when you go you will be able to discuss the full issue.

Good luck.

I did all three ! Infopass, service request and called senator. Senator came thru like gang busters. USCIS did get back to me with the service request after my wife got her GC. :bonk:
