So why aren't any of you asking for the US Congress to be disbanded? I mean, here's an organization with members that have been arrested for just about anything you can think of. Are they exempt because it's convenient? If a police department or a fire department has individuals who went over the line, should they be put out of business?

The Chicago Police Department has a LONG history of employees breaking the law....and they're supposed to uphold it. Why isn't anyone asking for THEIR heads?

I'm with you on that. There are times when an organization is rotten at it's core. I believe our government began with the best of intentions, but they are only men (and women) just as corruptible as any worker in any job. I firmly believe that the current bipartisan nature of our government gives the illusion of a choice, and runs it's own course according to it's own agenda. While taking turns screwing the American public in the #######, each party says "no don't look at me...look at the guy who just screwed you and is going to screw you again....as soon as I finish". The Democrats and the Republicans have been pulling this gang-bang on us for a long time...and have some convinced that they LIKE Democratic #######, and others that they LIKE Republican #######, and that the ####### they like is the best for them. Americans are no longer the greatest producers of anything except consumers. We are absolutely the greatest consumers in the world, and we keep paying to get screwed in the #######....and supporting half the dicks that do it, while blaming the other half.

No of course we wouldn't automatically shut something down but I think all reasonable people would conclude we need to start with an investigation to determine if only a few erred or if there was rampant and consistent irregular practices.

Really shouldn't take long, if the "Higher-ups" were unethical the bottom feeders will sing like birds.

Bottom line, we need to investigate to know what we are dealing with... thats prudent start.

Yes it's called the parliamentary system. Something the majority of the developed world uses.

But anyway, you guys refuse to consider UHC, a standard service in other first world countries. No way in world are you going to admit your system of government is flawed and only used by 2nd and 3rd world countries. Don't even get me started on the ambiguity let alone how out of touch the US constitution is.

I never said ACORN should be puit out of business. They should be denied ANY government funds, denied ANY control over ANY government fuinds, I would be perfectly happy for ACORN to continue operating as long as they do not confiscate money from my earnings to fund them. Let them get donations, volunteers, whatever. Do your thing ACORN, just do not use my money for it because you cannot control the people you hire.

And YES, you can take my money from conservative organizations also and YES you can recall all the bums in Congress too. Deep down I am against term limits since I think it dumbs down Americans BUT seems like we are already there. I am all in favor of limiting them ALL. I'd like to see an entire NEW congress in 2010. What dya think? Anyone there cannot run for re-election, has to be new people. Sounds good to me.
