Barcoded cover sheet-which one is included with I-864?

We're currently working on I-864 package.

When we 've paid AOS fee (70$) Barcoded cover sheet was generated

When we've paid IV Bill (400$) Barcoded cover sheet was also generated for that one.

Which one do we include with the I-864 package??Do we include both?

You include the barcode coversheet that was generated when you paid the I-864 fee $70... with the I-864 package.

You include the barcode coversheet that was generated when you paid the IV fee $400, when you send the DS-230 package.

redblue, what is bar coded sheet for I-864? is it just a blank paper with bar coded print? to attached in your I-864 packet
