we want to get married in the USA and have it legal on paper... but going to live in Germany right after... is this legal and will it effect when, in the future place the spouse visa papers in? Will he have problems coming into the states to visit with me to family and friends till later we decide to move here? whats the best path to take... so in the future we can visit and live later in the states legal.. thanks so much

People from all over the world come here (to the US) to get married every day - perfectly fine.

If you later decide to come here to live, there are a couple of paths you can take (see the Guide section called " What Visa Do We Need?" for some of the differences. (And having gotten married here in the US will not affect the spousal visa process.)

Yes you can.

In the future if you want to return from Germany cosider filing the DCF several months before you plan to return. Check the guides for the DCF option

I got married in NY and went back to Jamaica 7 days after; it did not affect our case any at all.
