Wife in Philippines - Brotehr Dying

We passed our AOS interview September 9. We had round trip airline reservations made for September 10 - October 1, to Philippines and back, because my wife's brother is dying. After the airline reservations, we got the appointment letter from USCIS for the interview, scheduled for just the day before she had to leave.

I made it a point to tell the interviewing immigration officer right away that she would have to leave for the Philippines the next day. We filed for emergency advance parole, even though the K-3 visa is a multiple entry visa, just to make sure there would be no problems. We were approved the Advance Parole. The interviewing officer only said that we have advance parole, and there should be no problem re-entering the USA when she comes back.

My wife is concerned though, since we had ourr visa approved the same day, but only after we left the interviewing city. She wants me to send her a scanned copy of the green card when it arrives, so she can show that to customs. Is there any chance of a problem with her entering the USA again, since we already have been approved and she doesnt have green card, but advance parole documentation with her k3 visa? She will also have the scanned copy of ehr green card. Do you think all will be ok at customs? Should we do anything else? She doesnt have stamp in visa since we werent approved prior to leaving immigration officer.

Thanks

Since she's a K3 I can't see why she even needs AP.

However the stupid IO at my wifes AO interview took her I-94 and told us she did need AP for travel/returning

The AP only would say "She has her AP, she doesnt need a stamp!" I kept bugging her, to make sure we were ok, and that is what she told us.

I have seen others on here who had problems re-entering USA, just wanted to make sure we also had no problems

K-3 is multiple entry and valid for two years, that covers you right there. You should receive the AP soon (though it is not needed) and can send her that, or Fedex the green card to her. A copy of the green card will not work (I don't imagine, anyway) Sounds like you are covered though.

She shouldn't have any problems. A record check by the border officer will also show that her departure happened immediately after her interview and there was definitely no time in which she could have received the green card before she left. She can re-enter with the K-3 and the AP - and you can send her a copy of the green card as well. It may seem like overkill but if it reassures her, then that is fine.
