Hi guys! So I went to the post office and asked them if they had the envelope I need and they said no. They told me that they have an envelope that is 12 1/2 x 15 1/2. When I asked her to check it in (mm) she said she has something slightly bigger than the 394mm x 314 mm.

So what do I do? Can anyone let me know what the heck I am doing wrong?

Also, is it regional, national or and international ExpressPost envelope?

Thanks guys. I really appreciate it.

it is not international cus its not going international its mailed within canada to your canadian address, get teh 12x15 one thats the one i got and everything fit in it fine. I believe mine was a regional one going from quebec to ontario. make sure you get the signature required stamp on it. its in the instructions from one of the packets that it needs to have that stamp/sticker on it.

It should say the measurements on it in 'mm' - right at the back, near the barcode, it's small, but it's there.

It's the biggest one they offer. I think 12X15 inches is about right.

You need a Regional envelope because it's staying inside Ontario/Quebec. National is the rest of the provinces and International is for outside of Canada.

if its a little bigger thats fine, but not if its smaller, they put a large manila envelope inside ( i got two in mine ) and they put ur passport in there as well so it needs room.
