I have gotten an NABC from my birth town Municipal Office which of course is in the regional language, so now I am working on getting it translated, once that is done I would send my RFE response.

Now I have an NABC with a little twitch in it too, my mother and father no longer stay at the same address they used to when I was born. The registrar would not search the document with the new address, and gave the certificate with the old address in it.

My question is should I explain this difference in address to USCIS, (address on affidavits from mother father is their present address (i have already sent those affidavits to USCIS so no changing there), address on NABC is the address where I was born), or should I just send it without any explanation and may be wait for another RFE or leave it to luck.

Please respond....

I am not sure but i think you can send that as it is. because may be they can understand too about difference of address.i don't think they can make a query for address. it is concern to your birth.

Thanks Richa, I guess instead of explaining I would leave it as it is. Waiting for the translators to respond now...
