Hey guys,

Does anyone know where to e-mail or call to get the password reset for the USCIS website to track my case. I tried to log in some time ago, and forgot the password, as well as the hint for it

Now the password is locked out and it tells me to go to the feedback manu and contact the system administrator, but I cannot find an e-mail of one to contact.

Ok heres what to do log on 3 times and you should get a message telling you that your password is invalid and a temporary one will be mailed to you this is only good for 24 hours so you need to go log on using temp password then you will have option of changing your password to whatever you want,that is what I had to do after my wife tried to log on and used the wrong password.

Well, as I said, that is the problem, I don't remember the hint answer either, so I cannot reset the password that way. I just need it reset somehow.

Sorry, jumped the gun on this one I think ktmman above has the best solution

The temp password will not be sent to me because I cant remember the hint password, therefore its like a dead end. Cant log in or reset the password. No way out looks like.

Then register another e-mail address you have. It works.
