I got NOA for both my mom and dad total 8 NOA's. now can you help me to register in USCIS website so i get email update in my case. thank you very much

Create an account and enter the receipt numbers in your portfolio..

Congratulations on receiving your NOA's.

Goto http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis

Click on Case Status Online...

Click on Create/Edit customer portfolio account

Create your login/Passpword and portfolio there. You should add your NOA Receipt numbers there and should be able to view your case status from there on. Also, whenever there is an update, you'll get an email update. If you are unable to add your applications online, don't worry, cause its not been updated on the system. My I-485 was viewable online after 7 months. USCIS websites aren't always uptodate.
