i need help with this question

Hi am new here.does anyone who resides in Jamaica have ever had their Cr-1 visa been delayed after the interview?it has been almost three weeks since i was interviewed at the embassy in jamaica and up till now i have'nt get it as yet.please help i'm really frustrated now.every day since i called dhl they are telling me that the embassy still have it.

The number trelawny has given you is for the Department of State, they may be able to give you some information.

I would recommend that you contact the consulate directly.

You can email them at kingstonivinfo@state.gov - be sure to include your NVC case number in the subject line.

we did not file a cr1 visa, we filed a k1

but, his passport/visa was delayed for a looooooong time

im assuming you have tried tracking it via track@dhl.com

has the package left the embassy?

is it saying the shipment is 'on hold'?

have you talked to a dhl rep?

i KNOW how frustrating it is, sorry

i called the NVC and they never had any information

calling the embassy is a JOKE, imo..... never got through, but i do know others have

i emailed the embassy many times- never heard anything back from them

then one saturday the embassy called my finace and told him he had to be in kingston in two days

(that next monday) to have his fingerprints retaken ($$)

he recieved his visa via DHL the following monday

yes i did spoke to a dhl rep and i also tracked it myself and it is still saying shipment on hold.thanks for the info though.
