Delays from NVC to Embassy

Hello People,

I have a letter from NVC dated 5/1/06 that thet sent that week to Guangzhou, China

Still have not received P-3 or P-4 They answered my Inquiry email that

"Due to Travel time of the Mail and Customs delays it can be 2-3 months before we receive the packet with the -129f

Hey is it still 1812 and we are using the "Pony Express or what "?

Also, I never heard that Mail to an Embassy "Diplomatic Mail" ever went thru Customs did anyone else have this experience ?

Also, I keep seeing the term "Touched" in regard to timelines in this site, What is this term and where are people finding this ?

Sent in 129 4/10/06

approved 4/21/06

I'm sorry to tell you this. It seems that your petition is being recalled due to IMBRA LAW. Any petition that sent on or after March 6 will be recalled and sent back to USCIS for further processing. You will soon receive RFE from USCIS. good luck to you.
