Hi there!!!!

I hope some one residing in Venezuela or EEUU can answer my question. We would like to invite my husband's daughters (8 and 10 years old) to spend 2 or 3 months vacation next summer, July/2010. They live in Venezuela with their mother and they both got their new passports for us to request an appoinment for tourist visa interview. I know that once the tourist visa is approved, it must be used whitin 6 months from the issue date or it will expire.

Here is my question since we are ready to call to schedule an appointment for them at Caracas Consulate:

if we want them to come in July/2010, does anyone know how many months in advance should we call to get an appointment for interview?? What's the aproximate time they are scheduling the appointments for tourist visas from the moment you call the 1-800 number and pay the $20.00 for the pin?

I really appreciate is someone can answer my question or someone knows something about it. :help:

Good luck to all you with your visa journeys!!!!!!

Vivian
