When your I129f petition is adjudicated, does that mean you received NOA2 or does it mean something else?

Our Timeline:

I-129 sent to USCIS - 07-09-2009

Check cashed- 07-17-2009

NOA1 received -07-29-2009

NOA2 RECEIVED (by E-mail) 10:45 PM (Central Time) 11-04-2009!!! YeHeyyyyy!!!

Medical -11-25-09 PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!

Interview date- 12-15-09APPROVED!!!!!!!!

well as i understand it..its just a possible time of approval.... i am pertaining to the timeline here in vj...

N-400:
May 9, 2017: N-400 packet was sent
May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony
