You guys are really out there. It doesn't have to be in there when the guy pushing for it has stated many many times that his ultimate goal is for a single-payer system. Those from the same party have stated that it will be a stepped process starting with this bill they are trying to push through. As several representatives have told constituents in town-halls last month. They will pass this, tweak it with additions every now and then until we are at a full blown government run system.
