Omg! I cant believe it! I received my approval. I thought I had to wait atleast another month to get it! We mailed off the original petittion on May 13, 2009 and they received it on May 18, 2009 and I received my NOA1 within a week after that. So, I never thought to hear this soon. Anyhoo... this is what it said....

and wait about two weeks and then call the embassy for the interview.

they will send u all the info in email about the medical n interview.

i did cr1 visa and i can not tell u more about k1 just wait and some smart people in vj will guide u better.

OMG YESSSS IT ISSSS.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I read the email I just sat there and cried! I called my fiance and cried on phone telling me and he couldnt understand me for crying, and I was telling him APPROVED APPROVED and he kept asking... whats wrong why u crying... and I finally gave up and just said GO TO CYBER!!! lol Wow its an amazing feeling. I just wish I knew what was coming next! I did not expect to hear anything soo soon.

Im going to go for it and let my ignorance shine...... "Why do they call it packet 3 when I never got packet 1 or 2"? I got the NOA1 letter, receipt of petition... and thats the only things I have ever gotten, with this exception of this email of approval today.

The NOA2 is the letter that NVC will send you to let you know that they've received your approved petition and your newly assigned case number. It will also tell you that they have forwared it to the appropriate Embassy in Morroco.

Once the Embassy recieves your petition, they will send you the Packet 3 with a list of documents as well as other instructions. The medical does not need to be completed until it is close to your fiance's interview date. The Embassy will also give you instructions for this along with a list of Embassy Approved Physicians to choose from. So you can relax about this for now.

But anyway, I am so happy for you! I remember exactly like it was yesterday when I got mine the first time and the 2nd time.

And was looking at my timeline.... Does everyone get a packet 4 and 5? By reviewing some things, this is my understanding.... next I get papers in the mail which is my NOA2. I gather requested information, and also send a copy of everything I sent to USCIS to my fiance. He will then soon get a packet of requested information along with physicians to see. In the meantime Casa will set up his interview and that can be within 2 months? This is my perception as to what is happening now. Im just trying to understand this... sorry to pester if I am. Its hard to be calm and excited at the same time!
