I already send the bill and the choice of agent, could I send the I-184 or do I have to wait for the package? I am trying to speed things up. What or some example of more information required? My husband is in Cuba and to get things from hear to Cuba and back is a mission, especially because he is not in the capital, it took DHL 43 days to delivered a letter to him, so I am trying to have every thing that is needed ahead of time.

The I-864 must be generated by the NVC before you can send the I-864 out. I would wait to see which I-864 they send and then send that form. In the meantime, you can prepare one I-864 and I-864EZ (if applicable to you). You will need to submit only one copy, either I-864 or I-864EZ. Depends on what NVC sends you out, send that type form to them. For example, if NVC sends you the I-964, send them the I-864 form that you already prepared. So preparing them beforehand will save you sometime. You can download I-864 and I-864EZ from the USCIS website. Just find those forms from the following link:
