Hello Everyone,

My beloved wife has started her first job here in America. Its only part time to start till her pregnancy gets a bit less stressful.

Now she can pay taxes just like everyone else!

She is working for a local day care in the nursery taking care of 14 new babies!!

What kind of first job did your SO do when she/he first got here in the US?

Phil

I remember my husband was being a jerk for letting me paid our check everytime we went out for dinner every weekend for a month before :protest: . Felt good though lol.

Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years.

Very cool!

I thought a front desk job would be a good one but there are no hotels close here.

Maybe after she gets her drivers license she can expand her search area.

Send her to Nursing School in USA

She will only need an Associates degree to be a Registered Nurse in USA.

Don't waste her time working at a dead end job, plan for her and yours future
