Some folks just can't handle the truth.

Here's the truth:

As for the claim that Obama is lying about covering illegal immigrants the truth is that H.R. 3200: Sec 246 states NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS. Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States. However a number of illegal immigrants fall through the cracks (i.e. enforcement is flawed) so some end up getting health coverage. This is a separate issue and claiming that Obama's plan covers illegal immigrants is simply an untrue statement

So...why did the Democratic leadership gut any provisions that would require real verification of eligibility and actually enforce the exclusion of illegal aliens from the health care reform provisions? These people state that illegal aliens are not supposed to receive benefits, but they actively made sure there is nothing to prevent them from doing so. Just like the millions of illegal aliens that are actively protected from work verification by these people so they can work illegally in the USA with impunity. At best this is disingenuous and at worst it really is a lie.

I won't outright call Obama a liar, but he and the Dem leadership deceive the American people on this issue. Only a fool is fooled by this foolishness and deception.

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

Evil Dems.

No...just Dems being Dems. If you can't get the native population to buy your bullshit...just import people that will ensure your political hedgemony. These people that pander to the lowest common denominator (i.e.: illegal aliens) are not for America or the American people nor are they for the working class. They put their own selves and their party above all else. I've got no use for either or any party that does this. It is the reason I am and shall remain an Independent without affiliation to any party. I call them all out on their bullshit. Bush was a sellout in this regard and so is Obama. Both should be ashamed for screwing the American people for their own selfish agendas.

So I wonder whom the Reps are 'importing' ????

That has to be one of the weaker arguments I've read in a while. I can certainly understand the drive to get new citizen voters on a political agenda's 'side' but I wonder if we perhaps aren't considering what those agendas are that drive such apparent hordes of impatient citizens-to-be that would technically be just as American as you or me. And therein you'd perhaps understand why its so much easier to get more 'new voters' (that arrive legally) for one particular agenda over another.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

So...why the urgency of the Dems to amnesty illegal aliens (AKA: Comprehensive Immigration Reform) and bestow them a path to citizenship (i.e.: a Dem voter registration card)? The illegals are gonna dance with who brung 'em (i.e.: the Dems).

I find this anti-democratic and downright self serving. Any American no matter what political persuasion should find this corrupt and appallingly self serving. Shamefull!

Plenty of Reps are willing to dance as well.

As for what constitutes being anti-democratic... I'd better reference the process itself. One thing is to usher in new voters in that have varying degrees of contributory power to the overall economy and another is to whine about a particular political agenda that would magically be ensured the power of perpetuity via these voters- without in itself realizing what that political agenda is exactly.

It is shameful, indeed- to only see what one wants to see instead of the entire story, aka, the details and facts that are plenty accessible beyond pundit analysts and personal biases.

Wishing you ten-fold that which you wish upon all others.

It's not a matter of seeing what one wants to see rather than seeing what is blatantly obvious.
