Anyone listen to country???

so im a huge fan of country music.....tim,kenny,keith,toby,rascall flatts,faith hill, dixie chicks, all of it....but i havent (obviously) heard new american music for 7 months now...anyone have any ideas for songs that are new or well at least new since last july that is....I have Ares to download, and i would love to hear some new music....these oldies here are wearin me out....

Dollface - I love country What I used to do when I lived in NYC (as there was no country there) was go to country music websites like cmt.com or GAC.com (google country music video stations). They'll have a top 20 or so songs that people are listening to.

You could also go to billboard.com (the billboard charts) and click on country. It will show you the top 20 songs as well.

I am going to see Keith Urban next Tuesday...ummm excited much? hahaha. Hang in there - you'll be back in the states soon

You can always get satellite radio and have many country channels to choose from. With nationwide coverage. XM or Sirius.

They still break their hearts, get their pickups back, find their Significant others in bed with their best friends, and their dogs are always ready to go fishin' with them and if you play it all backwards you don't get any satanic messages but you get it all back again!!!!! Just kiddin' some of my neices and nephews love both Country AND Western and I feel it necessary to tease them...

I don't know - most of it now is so POP anyway - they're all trying to cross over. I used to HATE HATE HATE country music but now I actually really like it.

Some of it is SOO cheesy....but so is pop music...

I know, I don't know why I'm such a hardliner against it, The Eagles one of my all time favorite groups were more country than 3/4s of all the stuff that's out now, and check out the videos, holy selling with sex. I've got a buddy who now listens and WATCHES only CMT because country women are so HOTTT, or so he claims...of course I wouldn't know, I don't watch it...
