Your tax records for the past 3 years won't reflect your lack of a job, but your letter from your employer (or lack thereof) will. Frequently, though, they consider what you WERE making, and assume that you will be able to find another job. That's if this is recent. I would still consider locating a co-sponsor though, just in case.

ohhh two weeks ago i got the hard copy of the 130 was approved and waiting for nvc to get their copy it looks like theay are talking for ever what is the hold up in that office !!!! i have called them many times and they said the still have not received the 130 yet ,, i have checked the auto system even at night but no answer yet i guess it takes long does any one know how long ???? please helppppppppppp thanks for the respond any way

You should have a co-sponsor prepared. It would not be prudent to do otherwise.

Especially considering that you're filing Affidavit(s) of Support at NVC—the real, no-fooling, legally-binding I-864 kind of AOS where the 125% of poverty line is strictly enforced.
