QUESTION ABOUT REMOVING CONDITIONS

hi all,

i just has a question because i was trying to find out what happens after i finish with AOS and getting removal of conditions.

a little background information... right now are at the AOS process, we have our interview in exactly a month Oct 9th 2009.

now i was looking at the VJ guide on the I-751 and it said "A person's permanent residence status will be conditional if it is based on a marriage that was less than two years old on the day they were given permanent residence."

at the time that we applied for the AOS end of July 30th, we had already been married for 4 years and nearly 1 month. does this mean that i will skip the "conditional resident status" and get a 10 year greencard, or will i still have to go through the conditional process first?

I am not sure, but I think you might get the 10 year green card since you have been married for more than 2 years.

You'll get the 10 year GC. No need to remove conditions later
