That is true. However, have the USC call NVC and give them your email addresses. All paperwork will be emailed instead.

Yes, we already gave our email add to the NVC operator. But what I saw in other post they receive the letter or email from NVC after 2 weeks the NVC received their case.

unlikely... but CAN happen. i emailed the USCIS generic email for California and a day later my NOA2 was sent... i only waited 69 days in the change from NOA1 to NOA2 and i know it was because i emailed just to query something on my case and not actually ask for it to be approved quicker or anything.

IT happened!!! lol, I went to my attorney with my parents today, and she filled them up, I don't know why she preferred to pay the AOS by mail, I wanted to do it on the website, but o well, I will take them to the post office tomorrow, as certified mail..... Can't wait....

My attorney told me that, if all goes well I can expect to go to the interview in Cd Juarez by ot before February '10!!!!! YYEYEYEYEYEYYEYEYe so happy she said something about OCTOBER/ NOVEMBER being a new year in the VISA processing.... so things run faster.. or something like that, didn't pay to much attention.

P.S My situatuion : Both parents are U.S Permanent Residents. I'm daughter under 21!! just in case someone here is in the same boat as me!
