Hi Yodrak - The visa expires on 11/16/07. On the visa there isn't any indications that the visa holder has 6 months to come to the US.

Again, thanks all for the info. :=)

Yodrak - The expiration date is printed right on the visa. There are not other dates on it.

SK,

I appoligize for not being more clear - where is there indication that the K3 visa holder has 6 months to come to the USA? As you observe, the visa itself contains no such indication.

Or do you no longer have any concern about the issue of entering the USA within 6 months of visa issuance?

Hi Yodrak -

Good question. There is no mention of 6-month first entry limitation on the Visa. I came across this "6-month limitation" from somewhere in this forum. It mentioned that the person holding the k3 visa should come to the US within 6 month after the visa's issuance. Thus it make me concerned since my wife will be coming next Friday (8 months after the visa issuance). I don't want her to get stuck at the US immigration :(

Thx,

SK
