You have good company .. We are stuck there also since the 28th of August. This is worst than one can dream of - is like Stephen King Horror movie - yes you finally get to talk to "human" but they are like drones.. like out of stepford wives or something - only a couple of times I have seen beneath the calm surfaces and was not pretty ...lol

I have been calling every day - even called the dos - who said we were cleared back on the 3rd of Sept but am still getting the same bs from nvc - so now is like am i getting the pia treatment ?? Do i keep calling and am i really making them mad now ?? Will I ever get out of AP ?? lol lol

I just don't know any more :P

We arrived at NVC on 8/31 and have been stuck there ever since.

I'm calling them twice a day—maybe three times today. I want to know as soon as it's out of there, and in the meantime to annoy them as much as they're annoying me. ;)

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Why wait that long? I sent this today:

I am writing to inquire why our case is "undergoing additional processing." I know that the vast majority of K-1 cases are forwarded to the listed consulate within 2-4 days of receipt at NVC. You have now had our case for nearly 2 weeks. We have done nothing wrong, and we included all requested documentation in the I-129F submission. Neither I nor my fiancee has ever been arrested or charged with any crime. There is no conceivable reason for this to be taking so long.

So, once again, I am requesting a detailed explanation as to why we are being unfairly delayed (after already having waited five months for USCIS approval). If you cannot provide a legitimate explanation, I expect our petition to be forwarded to Seoul without delay.

I look forward to your prompt response.

03/13/08 - I filed for Citizenship

07/22/08 - Became US Citizen

08/02/08 - I-129F sent

08/13/08 - Case received by VSC

08/16/08 - NOA1

08/18/08 - Touched

12/18/08 - Touched again exactly 4 mos. after 1st touch!

12/18/08 - Noa2 @ 3PM-Gracias Dios Mio!

12/24/08 - NVC sent pckg. 3 to Embassy

05/07/09 - SS card in mail. "valid for work only with DHS authorization"

05/13/09 - Sent AOS paperwork.

06/25/09 - EAD Card in mail!

06/26/09 - Letter saying case transfered to Cali.
