12/15/2009 - K1 Visa Interview - APPROVED!

12/29/2009 - Married in Oakland, CA!

08/18/2010 - AOS Interview - APPROVED!

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!

Im so happy now if Nhi gets hers today it will be a perfect day.

Finally, our K3 approved on sept 15,2009.... Thanks all who have been next me and gave me good advice. Good luck to all.

What do you guys mean when you say "approved"? Have you already gone through an interview and just waiting results? Did you get blue slips upon completion of the interview?? Please clarify...how do you know your case was "touched"

My husband and I are in Administrative Processing and awaiting the ket qua but we don't know how else to get the results except for to contact them direcctly.

[*]11-18-2009 - Social Security Card

[*]11-20-2009 - Green Card

[*]01-21-2010 - Driver's License

[*]02/07/2011 - Renew Vietnam Passport

Sorry when heard about that.

My case approved it is NOA2 from uscis. i still have not interview yet. I got account in uscis website , after i logged in , it would show me last updated of my case, if it changed that mean "Touched".

I saw many topic told about their interview and someone have waiting same as you, you should find and read it, i think you will have any way. Good luck to you.
