I can not fill out DS3032 ONLINE

Hi guys:

I've received the first mail from NVC which is DS3032 and AOS fee.

I've downloaded the pdf letter from my email to the PC,but DS3032 form is not typable..Is it how it is supposed to be?

Do I just print out the form and fill out by hand?

Yeap, Print it , fill out in all capital letters, use BLACK ink!

What I did, was emailed the DS-3032 form, then I also enclosed it with my AOS packet when the bill showed paid and sent with the paid cover sheet and AOS packet.

A lot of people have the same problem. Just print it out and in BLACK ink (as mentioned) fill it out legibly and mail it in.

Don't wait on mailing the DS-3032. You need them to process that ASAP so they'll generate your IV fee bill and last time I checked they were taking two weeks to process choice of agent e-mails. Best to mail it right now and not wait for the AOS package.
