Hi. me and my daughter had the medical in the Philippines, right now we are going to file for AOS.. i have the copy of the vaccination supplement..In the vaccination results they checked "VACCINE HISTORY INCOMPLETE" AND "APPLICANT MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR BLANKET WAIVER(S) BEACUSE VACCINATIO(S) NOT MEDICALLY APPROPRIATE (AS INDICATED ABOVE)). But they gave me 2 shots during the medical the (Td/Tdap) and the MMR and the rest are "NOT AGE APPROPRIATE" except for the Varicella (VH). And on the Tdap column they checked "INSUFFICIENT TIME INTERVAL" so i am thinking i need a follow up shot for Td or Tdap. My question is.. do i still need to complete the I-693 since my vaccination is incomplete? should i go to the civil surgeon near my area to have this complete? The other day i called one of them and they are telling me that i need a full medical.. what do i do? does my daughter need another medical too? Since her vaccination supplement says the same thing as mine but hers got no check in the "Insuffiecient time interval" just the "Age Not Appropriate" Im pretty sure that are medical is still less than a year. Any answer will be aprreciated. thanks so much.

find a different CS as many are not familiar with the "K" situation of the foreign medical being valid for up to one year.

YMMV

hi!

"VACCINE HISTORY INCOMPLETE" AND "APPLICANT MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR BLANKET WAIVER(S) BEACUSE VACCINATIO(S) NOT MEDICALLY APPROPRIATE (AS INDICATED ABOVE ---same

the shots that i have in the Phils was Tdap, MMR( they put complete),Varicella, and HPV

they put insufficient time interval in my Tdap, HPV(2 doses in the phils and 1 here), and Varicella(2 doses in the Phils.). i didnt have Tdap shot anymore.not age appropriate--same. when i went to the civil surgeon here he said, i dont need to have any shots anymore, and he then transcribe the I-693.

Same thing happened to me when i called for an appointment, they said i need to have full medical exam etc,... so what i did, i still made an appointment and i printed out the instructions of I-693 in the USCIS website,. showed it to his secretary and to the Doctor too,..we had a little bit argument with the secretary coz she did not have like that kind of case and its new to her etc,..but we stayed calm and she apologized in the end.

So for you bring the copy of instructions,..and show it to them

Neither of you need another medical. Most of the CS are low down dirty crooks and they will lie and try to scare you into getting a full medical, even though you don't need one because they make big bucks off of them. And they usually only want cash, so they don't have to claim it and pay taxes on it. Besides rip-off doctors, they're a bunch of tax evaders too.

What you need is to get the least crooked CS to complete an I-693 form for you. You can have Dr. Arnold do it, they seem straight-up. Send what you have to them and ask his office what else you need. Get it at your private doctor or clinic and send the proof to Dr. Arnold and they will complete the form.

Yes, that is exactly what you should do. Dr. Arnold only needs to and will only complete the vaccine section for you once you send proof that all vaccinations are complete.

As long as it is a qualified CS (and dr Arnold is) where you live does not matter.

USCIS will not have a problem!.

Just so you know, usually no one picks up at Dr Arnolds office, you leave a message and they call you back

Good luck.
