Yes, some files never get touched before an NOA-2, some get touched multiple times, it all depends

Hi, I submitted my I-130 to the Chicago lockbox which was received by the california processing center on 7/07/09 and it appears it hasn't been touched yet. It is 09/09/09 now. Is that normal?

hi , you have subforums of july filers and we are all in touch there so join to us, my husb and i are also recived our NOA1 on 10th july and hasn t been touched yet
