We received the NVC packet with the instruction for the online fee and the DS3032 form... Is that fine to send it back by mail, or we have to do some different??

Yes, and what I was saying is that, I sent them the email with the template on here, but i found out that my wife already received the hard copy from the nvc.. so we filled it and mail it out...
