Oh Jess!!!!!!!!! I wish there was something me/we could do.

Be encouraged, you are with the man you love. Some are not. Please find a way to be safe. This is my prayer for you.

my son is not even 6 yet, i am sure he isnt aware, i dont speak to him about terror when we talk everyday, i make sure he knows that his mommy loves him and misses him. and thats all he needs to feel right now. he is surrounded by my family that loves and cares for him as well as his dad who may not be the best of providers but he is doing what he can with what he has.

It is probably best he doesn't know. It would just scare the heck out of him. I remember when 9/11 happened I didn't plan on telling my daughter about it, but she heard at preschool of all places! I would have preferred is she never had to think about those things until she was older. They are only young a short time.

First I want to say :

Jess : Just thank God that you are with your husband right now. You have a tough deciscion ahead of you and please think it through and make sure you are doing what's in the best interest of you and your family. I am thinking of you. I cried when I read your posts ... please make sure you update us. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

LostinLove : You are also in a tough situation to be away from your love. I am sure your Moustapha is okay ... continue to support him and let us know if anything happens. Make sure that he stays out of it and he should be okay. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

WOM : I am sure you are used to this but it doesn't get any easier does it ? Hang in there girl. Those Palestinians will fight till the end and eill never let down. I hope your husbands family are all doing okay. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

As for me I posted this is the yahoo group but I will re-post here :

I have my grandparents, five aunts, four uncles, and ALOT of cousins

in Libnan and they are all okay so far . Al hamdullah.

Ali's family is also all okay .. he has is immediate family there

(mom, dad, sisters, brothers, and all of his aunts and uncles).

We have been calling Lebanon every day and making sure that all is

okay.

Today they bomed El Mina ... and one of my aunts (who is visiting

from California) is living there and thank God they are okay. She is

trying to get out but can't.

The rest of my family all fled their homes in the city and are

living in the village.

Please pray for my family and Ali's family that nothing will happen

to them.

Also my best friend Sarah has her fiance is Palestine and all here

family is there as well.

This is terrible and is just a reallllll bad nightmare that will

hopefully end as soon as possible.

I have not read anything on here in fear that I will be offended by

what someone says. However, I just wanted to let you all know that

our loved ones in Lebanon are in God's hands and doing okay

(although they are so scared to even leave their home).

Thanks everyone.

Please God let our dear Lebanon, family, friends, and loved ones survive this !!

Reunited and it feels so good ....

Mustapha is Ok. I am talking to him everyfew hours. I will call him in an hour to check in.

You know the only people who can understand right now is the Palestinian People. The lebanese and the Palestenian people have been going through this for decades. May God Protect us all.

Allhamdullah that everyone is ok here, Jess and LB. Please keep checking in. Inshallah this is over soon and everyone stays safe and sound.

I talked to the Senators office this morning. They said that they are dealing with the Lebanese immigration issues right now as a priority. They are in meetings for the next couple of days. Since the case is in lebanon they will call me back ASAP and at the latest Wednesday. I am going crazy here. I am having an Anxiety attack right now.
