31a. Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States on a later date.

14 refers to the beneficiary's spouse, and 29 to his/her child(ren).

Should I answer my son? We still not send yet the I-130 petition for my son.... but my husband will send it at the end of the month. Should I put my son's name already in item# 31? Please need your answer. Thanks

hi everyone,

i am a newbie here. i would like to ask some questions regarding the application of my mother. my mother was petitioned by my uncle (F4 category) . their priority date is nov 1986, the priority date for october 2009 is december 1986. i have read in this forum that after submitting their DS-3032 they will received a notification regarding fees, my mom has already submitted the DS-3032 last october 2008 (she received the ds-3032 aug 2008) but we haven't received any feedback from NVC yet. another is that, my mother prefers to be the one to process the application she didn't appoint any agent is that possible? please help me.

thank you so much!

As far as I know, your mother should appoint your uncle as the agent before he is the petitioner. Maybe that is the reason why until now you haven't heard anything from NVC. You should correct the ds3032 of your mother. call NVC, here is the #001 (603) 334-0700 You can talk to an operator or listen to AVR. ready your mother's NVC case#, petitioners name and date of birth, beneficiaries name and date of birth. Give to the operator their email address.
