We're doing DCF here in Brazil (I'm a USC) and I'm currently filling out the DS-230 with my husband and have a question about 31a.

31a. Person(s) named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the United States now.

14 refers to the beneficiary's spouse, and 29 to his/her child(ren).

Since I'm currently living as a PR in Brazil with my husband and we will go back to the US together once his visa is approved, should we fill in my name here, even though I'm obviously not immigrating?

I put my husband (USC)'s name in the section.

The question doesn't say who will be immigrating with you, so it wouldn't hurt to put your name.
