In theory, it's not a bad idea. It would be a lot of work for the mod team though, in all honesty. Knowing how busy modding can keep you, I can't but help feel that might overload them all the more!

I have a hard time understanding why, in this Utopian dream where Roberts Rule's rul3z and "parliamentary procedure" is more syllables than most OT'ers have ever expressed in the span of a two word utterance (except Len who has very nice utters), you would want the moderators to determine the outcome of such momentous weigh-ins as "Is Obama hurting are childen education?". If you're debating on whether blue constitutes a valid flavor or not, then ok. But if you're in a political or social debate, you either REALLY want (for example) william33 moderating your debate, or you REALLY don't. The only solution here of course is to appoint me as the single arbitrator of any and all pig-sty-ballroom forensic disputations, as knowledge of my laser-like impartiality and cool disposition is more than just common knowledge. It is, in fact, legendary.
