You won't need to bring your expired green cards or EADs. They really only want valid immigration documents like if you received some sort of a travel document other than an AP (looks like a white booklet) you would bring that. Bring your 10 year green card because you will hand that in. Remember to fill out and answer the questions on the back of the oath letter and sign and date the bottom. USCIS officials will probably go over it with you just to verify everything is correct.

Enjoy your ceremony - and congratulations.

You can answer those questions on the back, but don't sign it until you meet your officer and sign it in their presence, the place of signing will be where you are taking your oath. Required evidence would be if anything has changed since your interview.

I as the USC spouse, didn't die, we didn't get a divorce, didn't leave the country, and my wife didn't try to overthrow the US government, so we didn't have anything to bring. Being paranoid, you can get that way with dealing with the USCIS, did toss my huge briefcase with all of our USCIS documents in the car, but it stayed there. Ironically they didn't ask her for proof she didn't leave the country nor divorce me, or to overthrow the government, all she needed was her oath letter and current ten year card. After all the effort we went through to get that ten year card, she did ask if they could punch a hole in or something to make it invalid to keep it as a memento, told her no to that, she had to surrender it.

Said the woman in front of here didn't know how to spell September, and didn't know how to make an S, but the IO helped her with that, she wondered how she passed her English test. But she got her US certificate regardless.

Could not believe after my wife received her certificate, they didn't make her sign it in front of a officer, we did that at home with a bit of an argument to sign it exactly like her name was printed. Even made her practice that on a blank sheet of paper, LOL. Another argument arose in her signing her passport, she takes great pride in her very artistic signature.

Ha, also objected when I told her she could not wear earrings for her certificate and passport photo, her trademark, in her own rebellious way brushed her hair down over her ears, couldn't find any objections to that and told her she even looks better. Also questioned no smiles, but the DMV told her to smile for her drivers' license, just told her not allowed, took lots of shots to get no smiles. Said FBI software can't recognize a smile for a photo match. We like watching NCIS where Abby can do a photo match from a person photographed from a satellite. Wife asked, how can she do that. Could only respond, the FBI is not nearly as good as the NCIS
