My question is concerning what the SO needs to provide at the interview. I want him to be prepared. I see that I need to send a bank statement does the SO need to provide a bank statement? If so how much should he have in his account?

We were previously working on a travel visa but have recently received the NOA2 and our K-1 is on it's way to NVC.

Thanks

If he has a sponser (which is you) 0and you meetthe income requirement, your SO dpesn't have to have any bank statements or proof of income. But you do, you would have to send you bank statements, tax documents, check stubbs and lette rfrom employer.

Hi Newbie,

can i be your friend on Visa Journey?

I have a question? How long did it take for your fiance to get the

letter in the mail to pick up the packet? The embassy is telling me they sent the

letter on October 23rd and my fiance is yet to receive this letter. I am going crazy.
