This week is also over and we have not heard from USCIS. I am getting really worried now.

Have they forgotten the May filers ?

We haven't heard anything, either. This is why I didn't get too excited when we got a touch earlier in the week.

USCIS is supposed to launch a new web site next week, and it is supposed to make it easier to find info about our cases. I have a sinking feeling it won't give us an additional information, though.

My timeline:

I-130 Sent : 2009-05-09

Dos anyone have any advise about K-3 visas? We are thinking very seriosly about filling for a K-3. Those applications seem to go very fast while our Ir-1/cr-1 is ignored.

What I mean about wanting advise is, Would it help or hurt anything to file a K-3? (Maybe when they receive it, they might notice that our I-130 is about 5 months old and has never been touchd :innocent: ) I know we have to do more later if we do that, buit at least we could be reunited sooner.

Okay, we're in business!!

I received a hard copy of our NOA2 today. Our NOA2 date was 09/14/09, the day our file got touched last week. It was a surprise because I never received an email or text message (both of which I had signed up for).

Good luck to any other May filers still waiting to hear something!
