k1/k2 application

Hi.. We're gonna file for our AOS.. k1 and K2 at the same time.. just wondering which forms do i need for k2? is it the same forms for k1? how about the affidavit of support? do we need 2 copies (one copy each?) or just one copy for the 2 of us? and how about the payment? can i just send 1 check for both of us? ($1010 (K1) + $600 (k2) = $1060)? thanks. -Karol

your math should have been $1610 not $1060... but disregard, do separate fee payments (two case files. two checks)
