The house.

The house is paid for, but is closing in on 9 years as a restoration/renovation project.

I would say bikes (I have 14 of them), but I usually sell one or two to buy one. So I'm not really out anything. (and I get them at wholesale)

cell phone. My family plan, which includes Mags, me, Jordan, and my Mom, costs me $210/month. Not including "other" fees, such as downloads and such.

Gas. I drive 125 miles per day. My truck gets 23mpg. Gas is currently at $2.53/gallon. That's about $70/week for gas.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Can't believe our dog food jumped from 28 to over 50 bucks for a 40 pound bag over the last year, buy that stuff that doesn't contain that Chinese poison. With a fairly new granddaughter, got a bit of sticker shock when pricing baby formula I haven't done in years, then most of that stuff ends up in her diaper that ain't cheap either. Wife wants to buy a new car, said this is not the time to buy one, that clunker program was sure a rip off, got better deals on a new car without it. And we already have three good cars.

When I look at these so-called energy tax credit appliances or building materials, another rip off, for the initial price, the dinky tax credit, the potential problems with it, can cost a lot more money in the long run compared to the little if any energy you save, another government kind of ripoff.

Every once in awhile, we spend a buck on a Powerball ticket, just a very small ray of hope for a few hours, but just say, the Lord was good to us, don't have to be concerned about one of us being kidnapped for ransom.

Actually, cat food costs only $24 a month (we get discounts through the shelter). Litter costs around $60. I wouldn't call them a "money pit" at all.
