yeah he will use US bank to pay...but sending Papers to NVC from philippines is not allowed? he will just be here for 8 days and be back to US....just want to continue the process while he is still here..can you give me link about not allowing? thanks

I would like to see that in writing also...

Sure I sent the AOS (I-864) Packet from the US as I'm here but Anna sent the DS-230 Packets from the PH and they have received then just fine. Ironically it cost just about the same (we used LBC who just re-ships via UPS).

follow up Q.: as what i have said that my husband is here in philippines next week for 8 days,

can we pay AOS bill online from here in Philippines and can we send AOS packet from here as i will just ask him to bring those documents just in case we will just notice from NVC that it can be sent already? please advice

Sure he can pay it here online. For sure, it will be deducted from his bank account in US because he will be asked for his bank account infos anyway. And of course you can send the documents from Philippines also. My DS-230 will be sent from here, not like sending it to husband first and then husband will send to NVC as some people did. You can ask husband to confirm with NVC whether they have it yet or not when he return to US. As for DS-230 package, I will be using paperclips for both original and photocopies, case number written on all the papers, 2x2 pics in a plastic will be clipped on the upper right of original copies. Place it in a plastic before I seal it in DHL envelope. :)
