question about part 5 of form I-751

My question is:

The instruction says to answer all question fully and accurately. State that an item is not apllicable with "N/A". And is answer is none, write "NONE". So, do u leave it blank or you put N/A or NONE? Confuse..Sorry..

You do not leave ANYTHING blank, as a blank field could mean you overlooked it by accident.

If they ask you if you have any children and you don't have any, you answer NONE

If they ask you if your children have a face you answer N/A as you don't have any children and the answer does not apply.

Just think carefully before you answer N/A, as in most cases the better answer is None. To be safe, I always explained my answer. So, to use Just Bob's example, if they as if your children have a face and you have no children answer, "N/A, no children".

To give an example from the I-129F, for Part A, No. 7, I answered "None" because, while the question does apply to me, I have never used any other name. In Part A, No. 9, I answered "N/A, never married" -- the question re: the names of my former spouses does not apply to me because I have never been married. (The idea is the same no matter what form you are doing.)

Hope this clears up the conceptual difference.

Uh oh, I just sent my I-751 packet and I left the "IN CARE OF" blank..Are they going to send it back to me since I left it blank?
