Please post your dates here if you filed in September 2009. I'm currently in Rochester, NY. My wife is originally from ukraine, we got married in izmir, Turkey and now she stays with my family until the interview date.. Hope this time will pass quick. God Bless you all.

08-29-2009: I130 sent to chicago lockbox

09-28-2009: I130 NOA1

09-30-2009; TOUCHED!

10-02-2009: NOA1 hardcopy received in the mail

02-04-2010: NOA2!received via email

02-16-2010: NOA2 hardcopy received in the mail

NVC JOURNEY:

02-25-2010: NVC case number assigned

03-01-2010: called NVC; provided our emails

03-01-2010: DS3032 emailed to nvc

03-02-2010: DS3032/AOS fee bill received via emails

03-02-2010: AOS fee paid online-

03-02-2010: DS3032 hardcopy sent via fedex/emailed again as well

03-03-2010: DS3032 ACCEPTED VIA EMAIL!(the one I first emailed!wow!)

03-03-2010: IV fee paid online

03-11-2010: AOS and IV bill shows PAID(both processed last 03-04-2010)

03-11-2010: AOS and IV packages sent via fedex!

03-15-2010: Packages delivered to NVC,signed for by K.STLAURENT

03-19-2010: DS230/AOS entered into the system per AVR

04-05-2010: Log-in failed!!NO RFE!!Our Anniversary!!Thank you Lord!

04-06-2010: Case completed!Thank God!

04-28-2010: Interview date assigned!!thank you Lord!

05-05-2010: Medical Exam Day 1

05-06-2010: Medical Exam Day 2 PASSED!!THANK GOD..

06-02-2010: Interview date,at USEM MANILA @ 6:30 AM!VISA APPROVED!!

We filed last weekend. They received it last tuesday. Still waiting for NOA1

09-12-09 : I-130 Sent

09-21-09 : NOA1

01-26-10 : NOA2

127 days @ USCIS

NVC

02-01-10 : NVC receives case / Case number assigned / Gave e-mail addresses to operator

02-05-10 : Received DS-3032 & AOS bill / Sent DS-3032 (E-mail) / Paid AOS Bill

02-07-10 : Sent DS-3032 (Snail Mail)

02-09-10 : AOS fee showing PAID

02-11-10 : DS-3032 Delivered to NVC / E-mail confirmation DS-3032 (signed by JESUS)

02-12-10 : IV Bill generated

02-19-10 : IV Bill paid

02-26-10 : AoS package & DS-230 Sent

03-02-10 : AoS package & DS-230 received at 4:11am (Signed by RUDOLPH)

03-05-10 : AVR Updated - Received DS-230

03-16-10 : 3 RFE's received (Incorrect Police Certificate DS230 / I-864 / I-864A

05-20-10 : CASE COMPLETE & SIGN IN FAIL

05-22-10 : New RFE checklist received stating ONLY I-864A needs to be resent.

05-23-10 : Called NVC. AVR claimed our case was 'COMPLETE'

05-26-10 : Interview date set for 07-20-2010

115 days @ NVC

US CONSULATE (SYDNEY)

07-12-10 : Medical @ 10am

07-20-10 : Interview @ 9am VISA APPROVED

07-26-10 : VISA IN HAND!!!!!
