Hi All

We're filling out the DS-156 form and we're not sure what to put in the section that asks for the name and relationship of the person travelling with the beneficiary.

If I the petitioner will be travelling with my fiancee should I write my name down here?

You would no more list your name (the USC fiance) than you would any of the other passenger's on the airplane; that is not the purpose of the question. :thumbs:

Most likely be for the son or daughter (under the age of 21) who is also a visa recipient jointly with the beneficiary.

That's government ambiguity for you; they could have said "visa co-beneficiary."
