Well i finally got around to have my medical exam this afternoon! :D

Went really well, didnt have to have ANY vaccinations, as I took my vaccination record from my docs back in the uk, which listed all from birth. Although I hadnt had any since 1999, I was sure he was gonna stick me with a load of them! She actually seemed pretty disappointed she didnt have to give me any! So it'll be $80.00 total.

They were going to give me the chicken pox one, but I said I had chicken pox as I child, so wouldnt that make me immune? They agreed, so didnt need to have that :dance:

She commented on my good health (I always love that- such a nice feeling!) and just have to go back on fri for my TB skin test check.

I feel like things are really rolling now, got all my other forms ready to go- AOS here I come :energetic:

That is very cheap. I am surprised they didn't give you a tetanus shot.

Tetanus is only every 10 years so if she had one after 1996 she should be fine :)

Also, most boosters are 10 years too so if you got shots in 1999 shold be good till 2009.

You got a good price too!

Are chickenpox vaccines considered mandatory now? I have had chickenpox but I haven't heard good things about that vaccine so I would be concerned to give it to children.
