Timeline

You are not out of wack yet. Took me just over 2 weeks to receive NOA1 in mail. Give it a few more days. You could call the number listed for the centers and they can tell you if they have received it. Remember your case is going to be forwarded to California so may take a little longer to get NOA1.

5 Aug 06 NOA2 after 143 days in CSC purgatory

20 Oct 06 Interview Date

16 Feb 07 Denial Letter received

12 Mar 07 Motion to reconsider submitted

dont worry. we got our NOA1 after 12 days and we sent our I-129F to VERMONT (the fastest service center).

No I am not wrong. All I-129F petitions previously worked at tex and Neb are all now forwarded to california. Sorry but you are now part of the growing throng of people waiting for california to get their act together.

May I ask why they are sending all the petitions to Cali? Is there a bulletin on this explaining the purpose and proof that this is happening to everyone.

Not to doubt you, just want to be sure and ask all the proper questions before I go ape @#$!.
