or can I fill that out for her? or can she fill it out herself and sign and date it and then fax it to me? or can she submit the G-325a herself at the interview at the embassy where she'll be interviewed? or do I need everything signed and dated from her personally before I mail the I-129F to my USCIS office?

  • The G-325A is submitted with the I-129F petition (not given to the Embassy/Consulate).
  • Must be an original signature .

On one of my visits before we filed the petition I had Alla sign the letter of intent and TWO G-325a's which I then filled out later. YES, you generally need original signatures on these. There is a rule allowing beneficiaries to sign these at the interview if they "are abroad" (aren't they all) but there have been many RFEs for this so apparently the USCIS does not read their own memos and once the RFE is sent, you are stuck with it, plus the delay it causes. better to get the signatures up fron and delay the filing a few days rather than risk a long RFE delay

Fedex goes there.

Unless she is very familiar with what she is doing, just have her sign BLANK G-325s...YOU fill them out. My wife has never filled out a form in this entire process...petition to AOS all she ever did was sign where indicated. Have her send two or three or more BLANK, signed G-325s (four pages each) P<US the fiancee letter of intent. We used exactly the VJ letter of intent, changed names as appropriate and signed them

Exactly correct but I recommend it be filled out using the PDF file and then emailed for printing, signature and return mail. Who fills it out isn't important. The correct information and original signature are.

Maybe we got away with one. I had Lena sign it and then she scanned and e-mailed it to me and I then printed it and mailed it in with the I129F--shhh!

You got lucky!
