It would be helpful if we knew what visa you were applying for.

Usually NVC will email you with the interview date. ABD is the abbreviation of the consulate that will handle the interview. The interview is usually in the country in which your wife has citizenship (sans any PR/visas to other countries for work or school).

Hi

u r almost there as u r done with NVC

as of what u said that the case start with ABD ...so that mean the Interview will be done at abu dhabi

if u were dealing with NVC through Email through the whole process ..so when ever they assign an Interview for ur wife it will be sent to her Email as PDF file so she print it and this is her Interview letter(you should call every couple of days till u get it as it may take sometime according to how busy this embassy is ) ...if dealing with NVC through snak Mail ..so she should receive a letter via Mail

Good Luck

I apologize for not giving all the info.

She lives in UAE but is a british. We have applied for CRI. Usually how long does it take for us to get an interview date?and should i be bugging NVC and calling them?

hi there,

yes call NVC and give them your info and ask them if they have gotten an interview date yet. that will be the easiest way, you will also be getting an email from NVC about this as well if you have given them your email.

good luck!!!
