Hello All - I'm new to the forum, trying to get a little help, please.

I'm a US citizen, with a Kiwi wife, both of us here in the States as of now.

Going to run the i-130 route with a simultaneous i-485 application.

Having trouble filling out the G-325A form, as my wife and I have been living and working overseas, aboard sailboats. (We're both licensed yacht Captains)

So, during the past 5 years we have only lived on yachts, in foreign countries, with no mailing address, other than the address where the yacht is registered with it's home country.

When I spoke to USCIS they only said that the form needs to be completed. Not much help there.

I have attached several sheets of continuation in a (futile) attempt to explain the circumstances surrounding where we have lived in the past.

Any thoughts?

You had to have kept some spot on the globe as your residence for legal purposes. What did you list when filing any taxes?

(BTW, you will need to get your last 3 years US taxe returns filed in order to complete the I-864 Affidavit of Support for your wife)
