It is mentioned that there’s a different address if Fiancé Letter of Intent is

submitted for an interview. Does that concern the beneficiary submitting for an interview at the US embassy abroad, while my Letter of Intent goes to US Immigration Services?

If so, do I have to have an originally signed copy of my fiancé’s letter attached to the I-129F package?

For the I-129F, both you and your fiance should submit letters of intent to marry addressed to the USCIS service center where you're filing.

Later, after the I-129F is approved, you (the petitioner) should send a new letter of intent addressed to the US consulate abroad reaffirming your intent to marry the beneficiary. Send the letter to your fiance to take to the interview.
