Married but not living together. Help!

Hello everyone this is my first time posting here.

I am an F1 graduate student. My boyfriend of 8 months and I just got married a few days ago. The only thing is that we are not living together right now. I live on campus and my lease does not expire until December, so we have put off getting a place until December. I plan on filing for AOS in about a month when we get all the forms together and proof of bonafide marriage such as joint bank account, Cellphone family plan, transcipts of text messages and phone records ( hopefully this will be enough to prove bonafide as we are both students and as such we do not have a lot to show).

My biggest concern is that we do not have a lease cuz right now we do not live together. Should I just explain my reason in the cover letter?

Also, does it raise a red flag because we got married 8 months after dating?

Lastly, my husband's work history has been on and off for the last 3 years. In that case, do I need to send in his tax returns since we will most likely be using a sponsor.

Isn't it a good idea to postpone filing for AOS until you are actually living together as a married couple?? I doubt there would be any concern about how long you have dated. But a common address will be beneficial.

Thank you. We are thinking of moving into his sister's house soon and renting her guest bedroom because it is cheaper than getting an apartment. I guess in that case we could ask her to write a statement that we live there.

You should also get RECEIPTS showing that you pay rent monthly.
