Obama is the President for all Americans. If the President wants to speak to children in school, why should this be a negative act as stated by the republicans... If you check history, several republican leaders over the years, did this very thing that they are now fighting. It is so ridiculos that they are attempting to block or stain his speech, why? is it because he is "Colored".

This topic is probably OT, but I will add my two pennies before it gets moved.

So, I think they can bear to have their kids be told to study hard, stay in school and not to take drugs. I don't think that message will scar them too much.
